Sheri-Ann Morin is the owner of Plan A Algoma and has worked passionately to provide the vulnerable population of Sault Ste.Marie and District with quality care since 2017. Beyond Plan A, Sheri-Ann Morin has obtained a vast variety of education and working experiences. Among her 20 plus years in the workforce, Sheri-Ann has owned 2 small businesses in Northern Ontario. She has served several years in the healthcare field working with the elderly francophone population as well as the very young and their families. Community work has always been a huge part of her life. Sheri-Ann left her many years as an educator with the Algoma District School Board to fulfill a new role with Plan A.

Patty has been an RPN for the past 19 years, working in various settings such as hospitals and home care. She has spent the majority of her time working in Long Term Care in the Sudbury area, as well as Nunavut and Saskatchewan. Patty also worked as an RPN for Plan A Sudbury, which led her to fully support the Plan A vision and mission. Working in various provinces gave Patty insight on the need and difficulties encountered in the LTC sector. These experiences reinforced the fact that nursing is her true calling.
As the owner of Plan A Glengarry, Patty will continue to put all her knowledge into helping the most vulnerable sector. Both her experience and depth of knowledge in regard to the staffing needs required in the Long Term Care sector is an asset to creating lasting relationships with the LTC homes and the region of Glengarry. Annie has been instrumental in the achievement of many successes over the past years and has a track record of excellent front-line community engagement as well as fostering meaningful and lasting relationships with her internal and external stakeholders.
Some of Annie’s most noteworthy accomplishments include her leadership role as the Chair the Health & Wellness Committee, President and Chief Steward of her Union’s local, Advisor of the “I Wanna Feel Good” Conference Steering Committee and Winner of the 2016-17 Rise Award in the category of ‘Connecting and Engaging’.

Nadia obtained a Bachelors' Degree at Laurentian University and then pursued her studies in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology as a Communicative Disorders Assistant. She then furthered her education as a Registered Massage Therapist and as a Yoga & Pilates teacher.
Education, Business and Health has been in the forefront of Nadia's goals and dreams for the past 25yrs. She spent most of her career in Ottawa working in International Education as Directors of Corporate Affairs. Since her return to Sudbury 10 years ago, Nadia has been the owner and operator of "For a Better Tomorrow" delivering services as a business consultant, as a health care practitioner and also as community college professor.
As a small business owner, Nadia understands that customer service and relationships are the foundation of building productive and efficient relationships with our team and partners. Her strength lies in her ability to assess needs, brainstorm possible solutions and to positively navigate through challenges.

Jill and Ted have a wealth of experience in business, nursing, and the LTC sector. They have a passion for helping and lending a hand to those in need. They have a young family that keeps them busy running from the arena to the barn, and all points in between. In the summer months, they are avid boaters and enjoy the outdoors with family and friends.
Jill brings an abundance of experience in LTC, having literally “grown up” in the industry. From her childhood memories of visiting her mother’s work and having residents read with her, to her most recent position as an Administrator of a LTC home, Jill has a passion for caring and helping the residents — this has truly been a driving force throughout her career. She began working in the industry as a teenager as a Dietary Aide, and graduated the RPN program at Durham College. She began working in children’s rehabilitation, but found she was missing her calling and needed to return to Long Term Care in the nursing department. She progressed through a variety of roles from RPN, to staff educator, and Co-Director of Care. Jill then moved on to external roles in sales and service of mobility equipment and pharmacy services in the LTC sector. She again missed the hands-on role within the homes and returned to the role of Administrator. She decided to become an owner of Plan A Hamilton after realizing her education, experience and values aligned with the Plan A vision.
Ted began his career working in the corporate world, and worked a variety of roles from recruiting to account management and sales. In 2001 he left the corporate world and ventured on his own into the construction sector. Beginning with small projects, his business progressed into large scale commercial and residential builds throughout Ontario working in partnership with various industry leaders and pioneers. With a solid reputation of providing quality, honesty, and passion in each project, demand grew to a national level with his company having completed projects from Halifax to Edmonton, and all points between. During this time, Ted has successfully navigated through an ever-changing environment with increased emphasis on productivity and health and safety. He has learned that building relationships is sometimes more important than the actual build. Ted looks forward to continue using this notion when building relationships with LTC partners in the Hamilton region.

Staffing is a critical factor in determining the quality of care and the nature of resident outcomes. It is a crucial health policy issue on which there is a great deal of consensus on an abstract level, all care providers are an important component of the health care delivery system and has a direct impact on safety. Inadequate staffing is a domino effect, from the nurse and caregiver burn out rate to the level of quality care.

The quality of care relates to the appropriate execution of assessments and interventions intended to optimize outcomes and prevent adverse events.

Sarah began her Plan A career as an RPN New Grad in 2012. Since that time she has helped to fulfill the Plan A mission to support staffing needs in Long Term Care homes throughout Ontario’s North in the PSW, RPN and RN capacities. Having worked within all three designations, Sarah understands the common ‘bumps’ that come with being an agency nurse and strives to support her staff in their role. Drawing on her knowledge gained in her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Nipissing University, she has an excellent sense of what it takes to be a good fit for the A Team.
Having witnessed her sister's experience working in healthcare, Rachael understands what an incredible need there is for support within Long Term Care. Rachael draws on her administrative experience and education in Communications and Business from Wilfrid Laurier University to provide her clients with a solution-based service, and her staff with a supportive employment opportunity.

As an entrepreneur, Simone was first attracted to Plan A’s strong business plan structure. After graduating from the Business Administration – Human Resources program in 2015, Tessa began her professional career with Plan A Health Care Staffing Solutions in Sudbury working as the Recruitment Manager, where she was in charge of hiring all nurses and PSWs in Sudbury and the surrounding areas. Tessa later moved into the role of Solution Sales Specialist with Plan A’s sister company, StaffStat Inc., where she assisted in providing their automated shift-filling solution to LTC homes, community support organizations and hospitals across Ontario. After relocating with her family to a community located in the York Region in early 2018, the opportunity to open a Plan A franchise in the area presented itself and she couldn’t say no.
The experience that Tessa gained while working as a Server for many years taught her to understand how crucial adequate staffing is to a business’ value and success. After working for Plan A and StaffStat, she learned that the LTC sector and the healthcare sector as a whole was no exception to that rule.
